Rwanda 2025: Nomination Commences For 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa

Davdan Peace And Advocacy Foundation in partnership with 100 Most Notable Peace Icon Africa organisers of the annual 100 Most Notable African Leadership and Business Summit has announced date of the annual 100 Most Notable African Leadership and Business Summit in Kigali Rwanda and commencement of nomination for the 2025 edition of the 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa award ceremony which comes up in Kigali, Rwanda in July.
The 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit 2025 is a prestigious event that brings together influential business leaders, industry experts, and thought leaders from around the world to discuss and explore key trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the global business landscape. This summit offers a unique platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, with a focus on driving innovation, fostering growth, and inspiring positive change.
The event which has as the Theme: Leadership Frameworks for Governance, Business Growth, Investment opportunities and Sustainable development in Africa will feature 3 major award categories, which are 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa, 100 Most Notable Women Africa 2025 and 100 Most Notable Young Entrepreneurs 2025.
The annual colorful 100 Most Notable African Leadership and Business Summit will hold from 4-6th of July at Marriot Hotel Kigali Rwanda, the Project Director, Amb. Dr Kingsley Amafibe said in a statement on Friday.
According to Amafibe, the ceremony has over the years served as a platform to drive economic growth and building young leaders in Africa and also honour individuals and organizations who in their various fields of endeavour are adding significant value to the development of humanity and society. It is an opportunity to recognise them in order to spur more hard work and excellence.
Some of the fields where awardees have been recognized include the areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Agriculture, Education, Infrastructure and Environment, and several others.
He added that award recipients have also been drawn from the public sector, especially in governance and leadership corridor, among those who have raised the bar of excellent governance in states across Nigeria and nations across Africa.
100 Most Notable African Leadership and Business Summit has also fostered networking among organizations, leading to partnerships and collaborations.
Expected at the annual event ceremony is top leaders across Africa continent. Officials of government from across Africa, captains of industry, business executives, past awardees of 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa, and 100 Most Notable Women Africa.
Invitation has been extended to governors of Abia, Gombe, Rivers, Enugu and Delta states, Vice President of Kenya, Presidents of Kenya, Burundi, Zambia, Ghana as well as several first ladies.
He said this year’s edition will, like previous editions, be very memorable as needed steps have been put in place to make it bigger and colorful to create fun memories.
