H.E. Dr. Dauda Lawal, Governor of Zamfara State, Honored with 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa Award
His Excellency Dr. Dauda Lawal, Governor of Zamfara State, has been awarded the prestigious Peace Achievers International Award as Governor of the Year and recognized among the 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa 2024.
The award ceremony took place on Friday at his private office in Abuja, where he was presented with the accolade by Ambassador Dr. Kingsley Amafibe, Project Director Africa. This honor underscores Governor Lawal’s steadfast commitment to education, healthcare services, peace and security, and youth empowerment.
The event continues its tradition of acknowledging exemplary individuals dedicated to fostering peace across Africa.
