Minister of State for Police Affairs, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, Recognized Among 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa

Hon. Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, the Minister of State for Police Affairs, has been honored with the prestigious title of 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa.

The plaque and certificate were presented to her at her office in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, by Ambassador Kingsley Amafibe, the Project Director Africa.

This initiative continues its tradition of acknowledging remarkable individuals committed to promoting peace across the African continent. The Peace Achievers International Awards ceremony was attended by influential figures in politics, business, international organizations, ambassadors, and esteemed entertainers.

During the award presentation, Ambassador Amafibe highlighted the Minister’s leadership and significant contributions to peace-building, conflict resolution, youth empowerment, and women’s development since assuming office.

Ambassador Kingsley Amafibe extended congratulations to the Minister and urged her to remain actively involved in efforts to foster peace and advance good leadership within Nigerian society.
